Mr. Geoffrey Thompson of Morning Star Stud is the first breeder to qualify as a potential winner of the Dungar Quality Oats cash prize competition for NH Breeders of 4-5 year old Irish bred mares. Geoffrey bred the 5 year old mare Honeywort that was recently sold in Tattersalls point to point sale in Cheltenham.
The next qualifying point to point sale is in Tattersalls on 23rd February.
We look forward to seeing which 4-5 year old mare tops the next sale and who will be the lucky breeder in with a chance to win this prize!!
