Breeders of the 4 year old mare Queens Abbey, Anita Acheson & Liam Cosgrave have qualified as potential winners of Dungar Quality Oats cash prize. In the second point to point sale of the season, the Goffs Coral Gold Cup Sale, Queens Abbey was the highest priced 4-5 year old Irish bred mare meeting the prize criteria and was sold for £78,000stg or €94,068. This Elusive Pimpernel (USA) mare is out of Wild Spell (IRE) and was bought by Tom Malone / Lynn McLennan and results of the sale can be found at The Coral Gold Cup Sale 2024 .
