Dungar Quality Oats are delighted to be involved as sponsors of this years P2P.IE Next Gen feature. This series of articles by P2P.IE recognises talented up and coming jockeys who have had their first winner on the point to point track.
In direct interviews with the jockeys, readers are provided with a wonderful insight into the varied backgrounds, lives and ambitions of the riders, none of whom take success for granted.
At the end of the season, Dungar Quality Oats will sponsor a special draw where one of the featured riders will win a cash prize of €500. All of this seasons Next Gen featured jockeys will be entered into this draw and the prize winner will be announced in May 2025 after the final point to point.
Tadhg O’Leary of Dungar Quality Oats says ‘I hope that the prize will help reward and encourage point to point jockeys who often operate in a very competitive and tough game.’
Congratulations to all the following jockeys who have featured to date. Click on the links beside each jockey to read their interview.
