Gary Adams is the latest National Hunt breeder to be entered on the league table for Dungar Quality Oats NH Breeder Cash Prize. Mr. Adams bred Fedneys Park, a 5 year old brown mare by Walk in the Park.
Out of a Presenting mare, Fedneys Park won her second race comfortably by 6 lengths in a 5 year old Mares Maiden at Carrigarostig Point to Point. She was then sold at Tattersalls Cheltenham recent January sale for £82,000 (€97,619) for consignor and trainer Michael Goff. After the four sales to date, Pat Connell of Peria Stud is still holding prime position for the prize and time will tell if this changes!
