She’s a Fair Maid, the daughter of Crystal Ocean was sold recently at Goffs Aintree sale for £200,000 stg (€235,016). This sales result places her breeder P. Dundon, on the Dungar Quality Oats breeder table for the NH Breeder Cash Prize. Originally sold as a yearling by Ballincurrig House Stud on behalf of breeder P. Dundon, this mare made her impressive racing debut winning the 4yo Mares Maiden for trainer Patrick Eugene Turley at Monksgrange point to point in March. The Breeders Table below outlines the current positioning of breeders in line for the prize to date. P. Dundon is the seventh breeder to be entered on the table but Mrs. Dale Adams remains in the lead with the super sales price of €382,160 achieved for Clondaw Park at the Tattersalls sale in Cheltenham in March. There are still a few Point to Point sales left so it remains to be seen if Mrs. Adams holds her position! We look forward to seeing what other exciting prospects are offered in the coming weeks.
